The following Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) administer the use of the Careepro.io website and services (“Services”) advertised and available on or at the Careerpro.io website (the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by “Samodarzhets” Ltd (Bulgarian: Самодържец ЕООД), a company registered in the European Union, Bulgaria. The Website is offered subject to your (the “User” or “you”) acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be modified and published from time to time on the Website by “Samodarzhets” Ltd – including, Pricing, Refund, Privacy Policy and others. By accessing (loading) the website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all subsequent amendments thereto, and you undertake to comply with them. Users are granted the right to use the services of the website solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please refrain from using the Website.

1. Access & User Information

In order to purchase services on the Website, the User may fill the contact form on the Website (including filling out all required personal information). The User must notify “Samodarzhets” Ltd immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of its account.

“Samodarzhets” Ltd may change, suspend or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges and terms at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. “Samodarzhets” Ltd may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict User’s access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. The User certifies to “Samodarzhets” Ltd that if the User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation), the User is legally permitted to use the Website, and takes full responsibility for the selection and use of the Website. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.

2. Payments and Fees

“Samodarzhets” Ltd may save User’s credit or debit card information, unless the User notifies “Samodarzhets” Ltd otherwise through an email to ask@careerpro.io.

By accepting this Agreement, the User is confirming that it is legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that the User is either the cardholder or have the cardholder’s express permission to utilize the card to effect payment. “Samodarzhets” Ltd may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time at “Samodarzhets” Ltd’s sole discretion. “Samodarzhets” Ltd will not be liable to User or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Unless stated otherwise, all fees and payments are quoted in Euro. The User is responsible for paying all fees, payments and applicable taxes associated with our Website and Services.

3. Online Payment Security

“Samodarzhets” Ltd uses the secure Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments.

Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by “Samodarzhets” Ltd or any outside party.

All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

All transaction data is encrypted for storage within bank-grade data centres, further protecting your credit card data.

4. Refund Policy

You may initiate a refund if you made a purchase by mistake or decide to not use the service. All refund requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. We do not offer refunds for services that have partially or fully been used.

Refund of Downloadable products

We do not offer refunds for downloadable purchases such as ebooks.

General Refund Process

To initiate a refund for eligible courses, please email customer service at ask@careepro.io.

After we receive your request, we will process it accordingly.

Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take an additional days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

5. Copyright

1. All rights reserved. All intellectual property rights in the informational resources and materials published on the website are protected under the applicable Bulgarian legislation. Any unauthorized use constitutes a legal violation and entails civil, administrative, and criminal liability in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
2. Creative Commons. Some of the materials on the website may be used under the terms of the Creative Commons license. These materials are specifically marked with the corresponding symbol.
3. Use of RSS feeds. RSS feeds refer to XML files used for the automatic aggregation of content from other websites, the address of which is indicated in the meta information of each page of “Samodarzhets” Ltd. They contain the title, author, image, and the first 500 (five hundred) characters of the article. They may be republished or aggregated on other websites without express permission. Any publication in a format other than a website (for example, on a public screen) requires written permission from “Samodarzhets” Ltd. If other websites use the image attached to the RSS feed, it must be accompanied by the title, the first 500 characters of the text, and the author.

6. Privacy

“Samodarzhets” Ltd undertakes to ensure the inviolability of personal data information provided by users online through completed registration requests. Disclosure is possible only in cases where the user has personally submitted the data in the public information fields of the registration form, or when the information is requested by state authorities or officials authorized by law to request and collect information containing personal data, and in compliance with the legally established procedure.

“Samodarzhets” Ltd may provide the collected statistical information on website traffic to advertisers/advertising agencies that keep statistics on user clicks and other actions on their advertising banners and links, for internal statistics, as well as for the purposes of direct marketing.

By accepting this Agreement, the User consents to the processing of the personal data provided by him/her when filling out the registration request for the purposes of direct marketing. The User has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes by sending a written message to “Samodarzhets” Ltd at the following email: ask@careerpro.io.

Sending information about changes in the registration terms and the general terms of use of the website is not considered direct marketing.

7. Limitation of Liability

“Samodarzhets” Ltd makes every effort to maintain accurate, precise, and up-to-date information on its website, without this excluding the possibility of occasional objective discrepancies or omissions. “Samodarzhets” Ltd shall not be liable for any consequences, including any damages, arising from or related in any way to the access, use, or inability to use this website. All information on the website is provided in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation, without any warranty from “Samodarzhets” Ltd as to its integrity and security against malicious attacks by third parties.

“Samodarzhets” Ltd shall not be liable for the subjective perceptions and interpretations of the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of the informational resources on this website.

“Samodarzhets” Ltd shall not be liable for the information (including its completeness and reliability) contained on websites to which this website contains links.

“Samodarzhets” Ltd is entitled to compensation for all damages, costs, and third-party claims resulting from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or unauthorized use of the website’s services.

“Samodarzhets” Ltd provides professional, management and business consulting services in the form of private consultations, pre-recorded or live training, courses, e-books, etc. All Services are delivered based on our expertise, industry knowledge, and the information you provide to us.

You acknowledge and agree that any advice, recommendations, strategies, or deliverables provided by us are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or success from the implementation of our advice or Services.

Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to your efforts, market conditions, competition, execution, timing, regulatory changes, and other variables. Past performance or examples shared are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on our Services.

9. Services Requiring Registration

“Samodarzhets” Ltd reserves the right to provide access to certain services subject to mandatory registration.

Users have the opportunity to obtain free and full access to sections of the website that require registration by creating their own individual user profile.

In the user profile settings, users undertake to provide complete, accurate, true, and precise information, in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement with “Samodarzhets” Ltd.

“Samodarzhets” Ltd reserves the right to decide whether to grant a profile/account to the user, to remove or restrict user profiles that it deems unacceptable in its sole discretion, as well as in the event of reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms of Use of “Samodarzhets” Ltd.

“Samodarzhets” Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the provision of the above-mentioned free services by publishing a notice on the website.

10. Changes to the Terms of Use

“Samodarzhets” Ltd reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use by promptly publishing such changes on the website. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
